Cancellation Terms. If a guest cancels a confirmed booking after paying a deposit or full amount, the payment will not be forfeited. Instead, the guest will receive a credit equal to the amount paid. This credit is valid for 24 months from the original booking date. The stay must be completed within this 24-month validity period.
